  2. The name and logo of B3 company are registered trademarks, the commercial use of which requires B3 s.c. authorization.
  3. B3 s.c. rights to distribute the B3 merchandise are not restricted by the rights of any third parties, or in any other way.

The ordering of merchandise:

  1. We do our best to provide buyers with the most accurate descriptions, photos, and size-colour specifications of the goods offered on our site.
  2. The detailed specification of each item allows buyers to choose the desired colour and size. In order to choose the correct size, please refer to size charts ascribed to specific items.
  3. Order registration takes place when all the required data concerning the recipient of the package is provided (shipping address, telephone number, and e-mail address; in case of registered clients: login and password), and the shipping and payment methods are selected.
  4. Current order status can only be checked after prior registration to client's account. The cancellation of the order can only be executed via telephone call, provided that the order has not already been sent (in case of payment method different than "post-collect": before making the payment).
  5. Shop allows for the rare possibility of the ordered merchandise being out of stock, and it obliges itself to immediately inform clients about that fact, as well as to return the payment if such has already been made.
  6. Shop reserves the right to cancel orders containing incorrect data, which result from errors, or wrong functioning of the web site, and obliges itself to immediately inform buyers of such fact.

Shipping method:

  1. The execution of orders made on Saturday and Sunday, as well as after 3 p.m. on Friday will be initiated on the consecutive workday. It also refers to the orders made during (national) holidays, unless indicated otherwise.
  2. The order is prepared for shipping within approx. 48 hours from the time of order registration (with the exception of orders described above). In case of payment methods different than "post-collect", the merchandise is being prepared for shipping after the payment is registered on the specified bank account, or by payu.pl service.
  3. The packages are sent, in accordance with buyer's choice, either by Polish Post, or by Delivery Service. The shipping time is: approx. 2-4 days by Polish Post and approx. 1-2 days by DPD Delivery Service.
  4. Registered clients can track their packages. After the order is sent, its status notification is filled with package number, which can be tracked accordingly:

Payment method:

  1. The available payment methods:
    1. Post-collect - the payment is being made upon the reception of the package. Payment is collected by the courier of Polish Post, or Delivery Service.
    2. Money transfer - the payment ought to be transferred to the following bank account:

      with the order number, and buyer's name and surname.
    3. Electronic payment - all electronic payments are serviced by payu.pl system.

  3. All the prices indicated on our web site include VAT tax. The valid price is the one indicated by the given item while making the order.
  4. Each order is confirmed by receipt sent together with the merchandise. On client's individual request we can also issue VAT invoice (in such case, the valid Tax Identification Number of the buyer is required). The invoice is being sent together with the merchandise.
  5. The only payment method available for international orders is credit card (serviced by payu.pl system). Terms and conditions for payu.pl system can be viewed here.

Complaints, exchanges, and returns:

  1. Complaints - in case of defects, discolorations, or other flaws resulting from incorrect production procedures, the merchandise ought to be sent (at client's expense) to the address: B3 s.c., ul. Tymiankowa 41, 95-054 Ksawerow, POLAND, together with the legibly filled out "Complaint Form" (can be found here), and the enclosed receipt/invoice. The complaints are considered in accordance with the Polish act: "Ustawa o szczególnych warunkach sprzedaży konsumenckiej oraz o zmianie Kodeksu Cywilnego z dnia 27 lipca 2002 r." (DzU z 2002 r. Nr 141, poz. 1176).
  2. Exchange is possible only within 14 days from the day of merchandise shipment. The merchandise can be exchanged only if it is returned in pristine condition, in original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached. The merchandise ought to be sent (at client's expense) to the address: B3 s.c., ul. Tymiankowa 41, 95-054 Ksawerow, POLAND, together with the legibly filled out "Exchange Form" (can be found here), and the enclosed receipt/invoice.
  3. Returns - all the items ordered in our shop can be returned within 14 days from the day of merchandise shipment. The merchandise can be returned only in pristine condition, in original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached. The merchandise ought to be sent (at client's expense) to the address: B3 s.c., ul.   3. The data collected by our company are used for the purposes of order processing and execution, as well as promotion, and they will not be revealed to any other companies or third parties.
  4. We also guarantee that no promotional materials will be sent without prior client's permission, in accordance with the Polish act: "o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną" z dnia 18 lipca 2002 roku (Dz. U. Nr 144, poz. 1204).
